Due to the specialized nature of our products, all sales of the SO-101 robot arm kits are final. Each kit is carefully prepared and includes specific electronic components that cannot be restocked once shipped.

Please ensure you understand the specifications and requirements before purchasing.

Exceptions

We may consider exceptions in the following limited circumstances:

  • Damaged components upon arrival (must be reported within 5 business days)
  • Missing components (must be reported within 5 business days)
  • Defective critical components that prevent assembly or operation

Documentation (photos/videos) may be required to verify claims related to damaged or defective items.
